Nitro Shopping, a website owned and operated by Nitro Ventures Ltd (Nitro Ventures), has made available on it's website www.nitro-shopping.co.uk functionality that allows visitors to the site to submit reviews of products and services in the form of text inserted by the visitor into a submissions form (review).
Visitors to the site so submitting reviews (reviewer) do so accepting these terms and conditions.
Reviewers undertake that the review is entirely their own work and does not contain material copied from, comprising of intellectual property rights of, or owned by a third party. The reviewer undertakes that the review does not contain information that may cause Nitro Ventures Ltd loss or damage. The reviewer agrees to indemnify Nitro Ventures and it's agents against claims by third parties for breach of copyright or other ownership rights arising out of the submission or distribution of the review.
The reviewer undertakes that the review is not libellous, defamatory, untrue, offensive, malicious, illegal or pornographic and does not contain profanity. Nitro Ventures will remove immediately any review found to contain material which falls into these categories, the definition of which shall be at Nitro Ventures discretion.
The reviewer retains copyright of the review but grants to Nitro Ventures and it's agents a royalty free global licence to publish and distribute to third parties the review for an unlimited period. The reviewer accepts that this licence is non-exclusive meaning that both Nitro Ventures and/or the reviewer can publish the review, or parts of the review on different sites and with third parties and using different media.
Nitro Ventures will publish reviews substantially in the format submitted by the reviewer and accepts no liability for the content of the review. Nitro Ventures is not responsible for reviewing the content of the review or for checking it's accuracy. The full responsibility for the content of the review resides with the reviewer.
Nitro Ventures reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove, edit or delete the review from the site or to change the functionality that allows the submission of the review without notice. Nitro Ventures does not undertake to guarantee to notify the reviewer when changes to the review or the reviewing functionality are made.
